29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: On or about June 12, 2020: Zone 1 - Animas Mountains, NM boot heel area; employees engaged in sign cutting (tracking) activities were exposed to heat related/health hazards. The employer did not ensure prompt first aid treatment for an injured employee, either by providing for the availability of a trained first aid provider at the worksite, or by ensuring that emergency treatment services are within reasonable proximity of the worksite.
