29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The Floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet process were used mats were not provided: a) 701 Pencader Drive #F Newark, DE - On or about June 2, 2020, the employer failed to ensure that the grated flooring surface was maintained in a clean condition to the extent feasible. Employees working in the Roasting Area were exposed to slip and fall hazards created by the Winor-Husker equipment and the refined product on the floor's surface.
