29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee attached: 183 Meadowbrook Rd., Longmeadow, MA: On or about June 3, 2020, employees were observed roofing this residence attached to anchor(s) that could not support 5,000 pounds because they were improperly attached to the roof. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
