29 CFR 1926.451(a)(1): Scaffold and scaffold component were not capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least four times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it. a) Worksite, west side of building- Employees were working on the second level of a scaffold that the employer failed to ensure a bicycle bracket they used to support a work platform was capable of supporting its' own weight and at least four times the maximum intended load; on or about 12/13/19. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
