OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees; in that, employees were exposed to being crushed-by storage racks. On or about 6/4/2020, at Primero Auto Parts Inc., located at 3635 NW 67th Street, Miami, FL 33147. Warehouse area. Employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working in the proximity of damaged storage racks that were overloaded and not secured.
