29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: On or about June 1, 2020 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not have someone onsite to provide treatment to employees having serious injuries such as but not limited to stoppage of breathing, cardiac arrest and/or uncontrolled bleeding, when neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for treatment was in a near proximity to the worksite.
