29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a. At the Middleburg Bluff Apartment job site, on the roof of building #9: On or about May 28, 2020, and at times prior, two roofing employees were exposed to a free fall hazard of more than 6 feet, while attached to a personal fall arrest systems that involved 3-foot decelerating devices and 50-foot lanyards.
