OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm; in that employees were exposed to falling from a moving golf car: a. At the Southeast side of a parking lot located at 3127 W. Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32304: On or about May 2, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falling from a moving golf cart while utilizing it to transport employees assigned to move cars from the parking lot.
