29 CFR 1910.147(d): Application of control. The established procedures for the application of energy control (the lockout or tagout procedures) shall cover the following elements and actions and shall be done in the following sequence: a) On or about May 7, 2020, on the Amada #4 press brake, employees, such as operators performing set up operations, did not lockout the electrical and block the ram when removing tooling at the end of the shift and making tooling changes between job runs.
