29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8 hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident: a) Virtua Rehabilitation Center - Mt. Holly located at 62 Richmond Ave, Lumberton, N.J. 08048: On or about May 10, 2020, an employee working as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) died of COVID-19. The employer did not report the work-related fatality to OSHA within 8 hours. The employer reported the employee�s death to OSHA on May 13, 2020.
