29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about May 12, 2020, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 19 feet while performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 9040 Calista Drive, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039. Employees were working on upper levels with tools and materials that could have fallen on the workers below and the employer did not ensure that the lower employees were wearing protective helmets.
