29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report, within 8-hours, the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident: (a) Hospital: An employee working as an Assistant Pathologist died of SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2), the virus which causes COVID-19 disease. The employer failed to report within 8 hours, the death of an employee upon learning of it, on about 3/31/2020.
