29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a) MA Diaz Construction, LLC, at a jobsite located at 833-869 Hidden Springs Drive, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035: On and/or preceding May 7, 2020, the employer failed to initiate and maintain a safety and health program such as but not limited to a personal protective equipment, electrical safety program, and a fall protection program for employees conducting framing work.
