29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. (a) employees operating the off-bear-belt and edger machine were exposed to trip and fall hazard from flexible cords for foot pedals and the control board. (b) employees operating the off-bear-belt and edger machine were exposed to trip and fall hazard from an accumulation of wood chips, wood dust, and other debris. (c) employees operating the off-bear-belt and edger machine were exposed to fire and burn hazards from dust accumulation on walls and other surfaces.
