29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: a) Building Exterior-Roof: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet while installing solar panels on a roof without being tied, on or about 3/16/20. The Sunrun Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1342329, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/12/19, with respect to a workplace located at 163-19 90th Street Howard Beach NY 11414.
