29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(i): When a powered industrial truck was left unattended, load engaging means were not fully lowered, controls were not netralized, power was not shut off, and brakes set. On or about April 6th, 2020, a telescopic forklift that was being used in support of a demolition project was left unattended with the load engaging means raised and extended, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by the vehicle or supported load.
