OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer does not furnish employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to struck-by hazards: (a) On or about March 9, 2020, in the parking lot, employees were exposed to forklifts, vehicular traffic and pedestrian traffic sharing the same travel routes where employees were performing work-related tasks or walking between plant areas.
