29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees working in proximity to electric power circuits were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effecting guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: At a new land development construction project located at Lot 171, 10735 SW Matisse Lane, Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34987: On or about 03/25/2020, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard when vehicle mounted drilling equipment was elevated beneath 13.2 KV overhead power lines.
