29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): 29 CFR 1926.20 (b)(2) The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer. a- Building 700, 10 Harrison Drive, Northfield NJ: On or about 03/18/20, the employer did not initiate a program to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, to identify hazards and/or stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition. As such, workers were exposed to fall and struck by hazards when performing sheathing installation and other related work at the worksite without the use of fall protection, without the use of eye and face protection, while using visibly damaged unsecured ladders that were not set at the proper angles, etc. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
