29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed. a. Located at 1930 Morning Song Road in Marysville, Ohio: On or about February 12, 2020, employees were using an eight foot fiberglass step ladder in the closed position leaning against a stud wall. The ladder was not designed to be used as a non-self-supporting ladder, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.
