29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about March 12, 2020, on the roof of an addition being constructed on a commercial building where employees were exposed to electrical hazards while performing steel erection activities in close proximity to electric power lines without being protected against electric shock.
