29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: At the edge of a roof located at 1240 West 35 Court, Hialeah, Florida: On or about 02/24/2020 and at times prior, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 83 inches to a lower level, in that; the employee was using an anchor point that was located below the level of the work, when installing a roofing membrane.
