29 CFR 1917.48(a)(1): Danger zones at or adjacent to conveyors were not guarded to protect employees. (a) Kloosterboer Warehouse - FV Phoenix - On or about March 5, 2020 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to being caught in the pinch and nip points of the conveyor system in the Kloosterboer warehouse while offloading the frozen fish boxes. Being caught in the pinch and nip points of an unprotected conveyor system is likely to cause severe lacerations and/or amputation.
