29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(i): The employer did not provide safe means of access for each employee erecting or dismantling a scaffold: location: scaffold above North staging area, 240 E. 172 St. Bronx NY on or about: 3/5/20 a) An employee climbed a tubular welded frame scaffold, while securing down debris netting. The employee was exposed to a fall of 88 feet. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
