OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that an employee was exposed to a struck by hazard: a. On or about February 26th, 2020 and at times prior, an employee was exposed to a caught-in-between and struck-by hazards when operating a Sky Jack Scissor Lift from inside the basket of the equipment, through a door frame of a structure.
