29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about 03/04/2020, employees working at Midwest Container, located at 1700 Stahl Road, Barnhart, MO were exposed to point of operation hazards. The Hesta #7 Blow Molding machine (Model: Hesta B 50, S/N: 79-50127-126) had an opening on the left side guard cage (as one looks from the front of the machine) which measured approximately 4.5 inches (width) by 15 inches (vertically).
