29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines, whose operation exposes an employee to injury, were not guarded. a) 15 Albe Drive, Pipe Shop area, Newark, DE: On or about March 03, 2020, an employee sustained a serious finger injury on an unguarded Roll Groover/Shape machine operation. The employer had not developed, documented, implemented, and provided training in adequate safe operating procedures for safely operating this machine.
