29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors: a) Employee(s) use Isopar C (petroleum naphtha), a flammable solvent with flashpoint of 18 deg. F, to perform mill & kettle cleaning between batches within the dispersion production room at 690 Montrose Avenue in South Plainfield NJ 07080. The employee(s) were exposed to fire hazard(s) from flammable vapor ignition due to use of static-inducing Teflon scrub brushes from atop metal step stool(s) not directly grounded. Condition(s) were noted on or about 3/02/2020.
