29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite: On or about March 4, 2020, at 2290 West 1 Ave Hialeah, FL 33012 jobsite, the employer did not have a fire extinguisher near a kettle while using the flammable liquid of propane, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
