29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(C): The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not include the procedure for the evaluation of circumstances surrounding exposure incidents, as required by 29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(3)(i): a) Facility: The Bloodborne Pathogen program did not include site specific information regarding the post-exposure prophylaxis and follow-up procedures, including, but not limited to, the name and contact information of the person responsible for handling employee exposures and the name, address and phone number of the treating medical facility, on or about 3/4/2020. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
