1910.178(n)(6): The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. a) Jobsite located at 7500 Lindbergh Blvd., Bay 38, Dock Side: The employer failed to ensure an operator of a Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) was required to look in directions of and keep clear view of the path of travel to avoid striking employees walking/working during expediting activities. Condition was observed on or about 28 FEB 2020.
