29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: The employer is failing to protect employees from the hazards associated with supported scaffold platforms. This was most recently documented on March 3, 2020 at 12100 S 173rd Ct, Bennet, Nebraska where employees had been working from a supported scaffold platform that was elevated by a telehandler that was not designed by the manufacturer for this activity.
