29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about 2/28/2020, at 2810 NE 29th Street Lighthouse Point, FL - An employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard while using an ordinary handheld drill while standing in 12-inch deep salt water without being trained to recognized and avoid the electrical hazards associated with operating ordinary electrical equipment in a wet and damp environment.
