29 CFR 1910.28(b)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure each employee on a runway or similar walkway was protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by a guardrail system: a) Catwalk, Fertilizer Bin #1- On or about February 19, 2020 while repairing a section of overhead track for a kick belt, employees were exposed to fall hazards of at least 15 feet when using a catwalk that did not have guardrails installed along each open side.
