29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification which included the requirements as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): On or about February 25, 2020, and times prior there to, a certified hazard assessment was not completed by the employer before requiring employees to provide maintenance to the compressor lines while the drain condensation was still in operation exposing them to burn hazards.
