29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: a. On the ground, at a new residential construction jobsite, located at or near, 8439 Meliaceae Drive in Pensacola, Florida: On or about February 25, 2020, the employer exposed employees to stuck-by hazards, in that head protection was utilized by employees who handed construction materials (wood) to other employees working above them.
