29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 02/25/2020 at Taylor Metalworks, Orchard Park, NY; employees engaged in installation and testing of a new CNC milling machine without shutting down, deenergized and locked out this machine. Employees were exposed to moving parts of the machine and crushing hazards. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
