29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): The employer did not ensure traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (AMUTCD"), 1988 Edition, Revision 3, September 3, 1993, FHWA-SA-94-027 or Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Millenium Edition, December 2000, FHWA, which are incorporated by reference: a) Pier 5, Route 29 North & South Bound Lanes, Under the Main River Bridge, Ewing NJ: On, about, and before 02/24/20 employees were exposed vehicle traffic when crossing three lanes of live traffic to access the employee parking area.
