29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) The employer did not fully document the training of the authorized employee regarding affixing a lockout and tagout device to each energy isolating device on or about February 14, 2020 while performing work on Air Handler unit #6 which devices were required to be affixed by the employers lockout and tagout procedure for the Air Handler unit #6.
