OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to amputation hazards from sharp blades while making adjustments with the rear tensioning adjuster: At warehouse: On or about February 20, 2020 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards due to not ensuring management personnel follow the manufacturer's recommendations when making adjustments to the vegetable belt slicer.
