29 CFR 1926.856(b): During demolition operation(s), floor openings did not have curbs or stop-logs to prevent the mechanical equipment from running over the edge: A). on or about 02/20/2020, the site of 147-07 94th Ave, Jamaica, NY 11435 A bobcat operator driving back and forth on the edge on the second floor of the 3-story building with a mezzanine was not protected from falling approximately 16 ft. to the ground along the south side of the building.
