29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. On or about 14 February 2020, one worker was performing plastering activities under a scaffold platform where another worker was performing stucco application without the use of a hard hat, exposing the worker to the hazard of being struck by falling tools or materials.
