29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about February 12, 2020, the employer failed to fully develop and implement a program to address the various hazardous energy sources associated with machines, to include but not limited to, the Trumpf Press Brake (serial#50504A0465). The employers program did not identify the machines hydraulic energy sources.
