29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location - 22 Holden Road, Shirley, MA 01464. On or about 12/28/2020, an employee was not protected from falling while working/walking on a barn roof and fell greater than sixteen feet below to lower level (frozen ground).
