29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Machine guard(s) on machine(s) were so installed that they offered accident hazards in themselves: On or about February 10, 2020, the employer did not ensure the guard on the end of the exit conveyor for press #14 was installed in a manner in which it did not create a hazard. Press operators were exposed to caught in hazards when removing runners that got stuck between the conveyor and the metal guard on the conveyor.
