29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s). On 2/12/2020, at the 199 Howell Bridge Road, Ball Ground, Georgia facility at the 220T Stretcher press machine, employees were exposed to amputation hazards as the front of the machine was not guarded. Side entry into the press was guarded but not the front portion of the machine.
