OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and blunt force trauma hazards from the lack of operator restraint devices on powered industrial trucks.: A.) Mikron Valve & manufacturer, Inc - On or about 2/11/20, and at times prior thereto, a Mitsubishi forklift was being operated without an operator seatbelt. The forklift was utilized to maneuver items that included but were not limited to pallets of parts in the warehouse area.
