At 1679 Via lago Drive in Lakeland, FL on or about January 29, 2020: Employees engaged in residential roofing activities on a 6 in 12 pitched roof at a height of approximately 33.3 feet were in the process of installing the anchor and exposed to fall hazards. All Pro Construction Services, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1402012, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 4, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 31184 Chesapeake Bay Dr., Wesley Chapel, FL.
