29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: At 12501 NE 13th Ave, North Miami Beach, Florida 33161: On or about 11/20/2019, and at times prior the employer did not develop and implement an accident prevention program that included the following elements: management commitment and employee involvement; worksite analysis; hazard prevention and controls; and safety and health training, to ensure subcontractors and employees of the company were protected from fall hazards when engaged in construction activities.
