29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A Log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent) was not completed in the detail as required by the regulation: A.) RGS Products, Inc. - On or about 2/6/2020, The entries in Column F on the OSHA 300 Log for Calendar Year 2019 were not descriptive in that the agent, object, and/or substance that directly injured or made the person ill was not noted/documented. Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
